KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 15 — A former student of a special education secondary school filed an appeal at the Court of Appeal, following the High Court's decision to dismiss his suit against the school, the government and two others.

KUALA LUMPUR, April 12 — A six-year-old child with attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD) died yesterday, believed to have fallen from his home on the 11th floor, Pangsapuri Intan in Taman Puchong Intan, Subang Jaya, near here.
